Nominate a Nurse for the 2012 March of Dimes Nurse of the Year Awards
The March of Dimes Oklahoma Chapter requests nominations for the 2012 Oklahoma Nurse of the Year Awards by July 2.
The Nurse of the Year Awards recognize exceptional nurses throughout the state. There are 15 categories representing various nursing specialties. Anyone can nominate a nurse for an award. There is no fee to submit a nomination and you may submit a completed form for multiple nurses.
